The 2009 vintage stands out for its characteristic roundness, a healthy year of generosity and indulgence.

On the nose, it surprises with fresh fruit aromas: juicy plum, candied cherry, morello cherry, and a sweet hint of violet. Light licorice nuances unfold. The palate offers a bold onset with a taut and vertical structure. It evokes flavours of red fruits, white peaches, vineyard peaches, and tart damson plum. The latter part of the tasting reveals notes of peach and cherry pits, typical of the 'lovely bitters of Pinot Noir.' This champagne is characterized by its strong presence on the palate, reminiscent of red currant raspberry jelly, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. As it opens further, it releases aromas of shortcrust pastry, raspberry tart, nectarine, and blood orange.

It's perfect to accompany cheese and pairs wonderfully with savoury dishes such as parmesan shavings, risotto, pigeon, or leg of lamb.

The year 2009, renowned for its exceptional quality, bestows a distinctive richness and indulgence upon this champagne. The nose presents a striking freshness, dominated by aromas of candied yellow fruits like mirabelle plums and hints of vanilla, linden honey, yellow peach, and mango.

Tasting unveils a bold onset on the palate, shades of orange and mirabelle jam, underscored by a gentle effervescence highlighting notes of vanilla and mild spices. This champagne, a true embodiment of the Jean Laurent House identity, stands out with its ripe harvests, delivering a meaty texture while maintaining tension and length. It releases citrus, quince, and fresh mirabelle aromas with zest.

Thanks to the Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils of the Côte des Bar, this vintage champagne is characterized by an outstanding palate length, making it a top choice for connoisseurs of exceptional champagnes.

Perfectly paired with fish, scallops, shellfish... It is also ideal with white meat.

Crafted through a meticulous maceration of Pinot Noir over 4 to 5 days, our Vintage Rosé boasts a deep cherry hue. Its generous and fleshy palate makes it perfect for gourmet dishes, especially meats in rich sauces or games. A bold choice for champagne enthusiasts seeking distinctive experiences.

The Coquelicot cuvée gracefully embodies the transition to the new millennium. Offered as a 2000 Vintage in both Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs, it elevates your tables with unmatched beauty and delicacy.
